Just like other pottery wheel courses, we offer making, glazing, and kiln-firing. What sets Wheelfulness apart is the integration of somatic mindfulness and the small group size. Our pottery classes include somatic cues designed to deepen the therapeutic benefits of wheelwork. The course is capped at four participants, ensuring plenty of individual support and a calm atmosphere.
